FROM THE WATER
I had another small common that night, a repeat in fact. I let that go without
fuss and in the morning, still on cloud nine, I packed up and went home two
feet taller! I actually had a breather after that, a reset. It was a good month
before I hit back at it and even the winter was kinder than the previous. I
managed bites in December, January and February, not many but it kept
me going. Spring was a short-lived affair as come mid-April they started a
little spawning and it was on and off from then .. I didn t give a shit, my
season was absolutely made and I finished on around 35-40 fish again but
this time, 7 over forty and my 50
Season three is well underway and
I m sat behind the rods while I pen (thumb) this very piece .. one not long
stuck its head out over the left-hand rod, looked a goodun too .. I ll save
what happens for my next article .. welly monsters part two . Be lucky x
