FIELD NOTES
Well, what an amazing trip to Dinton this weekend! With the wife away
in Birmingham, it left me with the girls for the weekend, and not being
one to miss an opportunity, we headed off for a few days fishing We
had a mountain of gear, but despite this, I decided to move after the first
night, having seen a fair few fish in another area. Well, the move paid off
big time when the first fish we landed was the Humpy Back Zip at 35lb
8oz, one iI ve wanted to catch since joining. That was shortly followed by
and nice dark 30-plus common and a small mirror. This has to be one
of my favourite fishing trips, being able to share these captures with my
girls. Good times! We even had a suprise on the Saturday night when the
wife decided to drive down and join us for the last night.
All fish were taken on Dynamite Baits Complex-T freezer baits and
CarpSpirit UK end tackle. Big thanks to Chris Beasley for the pics
epic, mate!
