FIELD NOTES
I got the message early in the year that I had made the cut for membership
on Wraysbury 1. As of then the homework on the venue massively increased
YouTube, Google Earth, all the good stuff. I was about to take a journey,
which would undoubtedly test all my angling ability and patience.
April 13th, the first day of the season had arrived, and all the sleepless
nights and big questions were about to start being answered I was let
loose. 45 acres is a huge expanse of water to me, considering my previous
haunt was only five acres, and I knew from the off this was going to be a
white knuckle ride.
